Merry Christmas!

Angels are among us

As we go into the holiday season, we can't help but to think of all our loved ones that we lost throughout the years. The holidays make it especially hard for many--but we've got to think that they are still very much with us in all that we do.

Our beautiful Christmas tree is now up--and it only took a week! I usually have it done during the last weekend of November, but with lack of time, having to travel around Waukesha for a set of lights, finally finding one, but still ending up short so Jake's parents had an extra set that we could have, took alot of time. But all our hard work paid off in the end!

Visiting the Ohms'

We went to see Jesse, Stephanie and baby Aiden two weekends ago. Jesse's family also came shortly after...it was nice to see all of them again! Later that night me, Jake, Jesse, Stephanie and Aiden went out and had a yummy dinner. Here's some more pictures of the new family!

Once upon an October dreary....

Wow it's cold on this Autumn day in Waukesha, Wisconsin! The temperature keeps dropping as I blog. We're under a frost advisory and they're already calling for snow....and it's OCTOBER! We are definately in for it this Winter I think.

Just waiting on the much anticipated delivery of Jesse and Steph's baby who was due yesterday. Her induction is scheduled for Sunday if the baby doesn't make a break for the world on his/her own. Can't wait to see if it's a boy or a girl!!
